Kingman Gold Project

The project is located near Kingman Arizona and only 90 minutes drive from downtown Las Vegas.

The project was mined for high grade gold and silver from the 1880’s until the early 1940’s which coincided with the outbreak of WWII. Very little modern exploration has been undertaken in the district since.

Multiple drilling programs between 2019 and 2023 confirmed a significant blanket of shallow high-grade gold and silver mineralisation at the Tintic mine area, culminating in an initial JORC 2012 Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of 494,000 tonnes at 4g/t Au for 64,000oz gold and 43.4g/t Ag for 689,000oz silver, from surface to ~40m depth.

In late 2025, the Company completed a further 1,100m diamond drill program targeting near-surface high-grade oxide mineralisation to expand upon the known mineralisation and obtain metallurgical samples. Results confirmed further high-grade gold and silver intercepts, supporting additional soil geochemistry and trenching work planned for the second half of 2026.

The Company continues to evaluate development options for the Kingman Project.
