In April 2026, Riedel entered into a binding agreement to acquire the Cosmo and Mt Venn gold projects in the Laverton Gold District of Western Australia from Sarama Resources (ASX: SRR). Located within belt-scale positions near major gold discoveries including Gruyere (9.1 Moz) and Duketon (7.4 Moz), both projects offer significant exploration upside. Drilling at the Cosmo Project is expected to commence in July 2026.

Riedel also holds the Kingman Gold Project in north-west Arizona — approximately 200 contiguous mining claims in a district mined for high-grade gold and silver from the 1880s through the early 1940s, where very little modern exploration has since been undertaken.
